I wonder if its posible to make in minecraft a countdown and when it hits '0' a command block would be triggered with a certain commend... For example: A player has 60 seconds to complit his mission but if he run out of time the block's below him disapears and he fall in to lava and the mission resets..

yeah! it's a continous working clock with 1 sec delay between the loop use a dummy variable to set the starting value (like 'time') at the end of the clock add the command block to substract 1 point if the score_time_min=1

this video has many features you dont need
just use 2 repeaters with 4 tick delay and 1 with 2 tick delay (=1 second)
what then powers an commandblock that has "scoreboard players add @p timer 1" (you have to create an dummy objective named "timer") and then a testfor commandblock with "testfor @a[score_timer_min=60]" and if this is true (comparator) the 60 seconds are over...
or just use this video:

You could make a scoreboard timer or a redstone timer. I prefer scoreboard timers which can be made easily with 2-3 command blocks as in dragnoz's video. Then have it activate another commandblock when your timer hits 0. You could also make a redstone timer which would require a strong computer to hold up with the lag and would require a lot of redstone skills. On youtube you can search: "redstone clock in minecraft" and you will get a wide range of people doing tutorials. After you make the clock, set it up so when it hits 0 it goes to a redstone signal output into a commandblock. Hope this helps -Xisuma

1. redstone cloks dont cause much lag 2. you dont need redstone skills to build them 3. commandblocks r making more lag

Simply to do it, just do this. Do a row of command blocks up to 60 (or with snapshot just clone) Leave a 4 tick delay between each command block. In each command block do a command, /xp 1L @p After the final one do a command like /kill
